Westpac, sold for $1.92 million at a 4.83% yield

Burgerfuel, sold for $825,000 at a 5.04% yield

Wild Grain Bakery, sold for $732,500 at a 5.5% yield

At Colliers’ second auction for the day, the first 2 properties were sold under the hammer and the third shortly after the auction.

Onehunga, 264 Neilson St, sold for $1.906 million with vacant possession

Airport Oaks, 39B Rennie Drive, sold for $453,000 with vacant possession
