Latest Inner City Apartment Sales

Published 18 April 2013

2 apartments were sold under the hammer after firm bidding at Ray White City Apartments’ auction today, but 3 others were passed in. The unit to attract least interest – just a $5000 bid, doubled by a vendor’s bid – was in the Railway Campus, which is on a Ngati Whatua o Orakei Trust Board leasehold site, has had remediation issues and has also been deemed earthquake-prone by Auckland Council.
