A Botany office unit just off Ti Rakau Drive took one raise of the sole bidder’s offer to get sold under the hammer at Colliers International’s commercial auction yesterday. The front upstairs unit in a side-street development was sold at $2698/m².
A Penrose warehouse, recently upgraded with a much smarter office & showroom area, was keenly contested and also sold under the hammer, but bidding was slower on 2 shops in one lot in the Meadowbank shopping centre.
