City Sales’ first apartment auction for the year proved a popular event today as 8 of the 12 units were sold under the hammer, some of them attracting several bidders.
Bidding on leasehold units was notably subdued, in keeping with the approach taken by most investors at auctions last year, but one of the 3 leasehold units on offer sold under the hammer.
