CBRE research director Zoltan Moricz asked in his research paper on Auckland commercial property this week: Are we partying like it’s 2005?
That was 2 years before the global financial crisis took economies around the world into a slump that lasted for another 5 years and is still having major impacts because of the levels of state debt raised to soften the blow of the crisis.
